Pillowz.com uses PayPal as our secure payment source. PayPal lets any business or consumer with an email address to securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send and receive payments online.

Security
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Shipping
1.) Shipping from San Francisco. Shipping via UPS where applicable. Inspect all contents before accepting delivery. Any visible damage must be reported to carrier. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout.
2.) Due to custom orders and the high demands of our products most orders ship within 3 – 4 weeks from date of placed order. Any exceptions, you will be notified by email.

Tax
California 7.25% at completion of order.

Returns / Exchange Policy
We do not accept exchanges without prior approval. Exchanges sent without prior approval will be subject to 15% restocking fee. All claims must be made within 14 days of the shipment date and shipping paid by buyer. All returns must be made within 15 days, shipping paid by buyer
